Privacy notice
This notice explains the limited information handled by the ProsperitySafe informational website, planning inquiry and product research survey.
Information we receive
Planning inquiries and feedback may include your name, email address, province or territory, broad planning preferences and optional research answers. We do not currently offer customer accounts, payment processing or estate-file storage through this website.
Planning information requests
The planning inquiry form sends the information you enter to ProsperitySafe through Resend, our transactional email provider. A notification is sent to hello@prosperitysafe.com and a confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. The website does not place the submission in a separate application database.
Product feedback
The product feedback survey may collect an optional age range, current life stage, province or territory, who you are planning for and expected planning timeline. These broad categories are used only for product research and service design. The survey does not request an exact age, date of birth, birth year, health status, medical conditions or life expectancy. Feedback is delivered by email through Resend and is not placed in a separate website database.
How information is used
Information is used to reply, provide requested planning information, organize product research, invite voluntary interviews, protect the forms from misuse and understand demand. It is not sold.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete an inquiry, or withdraw from future research messages, by emailing privacy@prosperitysafe.com. Do not send sensitive estate, identity, financial or credential information by email.
Service providers and retention
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, source code is hosted on GitHub, and form email delivery uses Resend. Email copies may also be handled by the sender’s and recipient’s email providers. Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, product research, security and legal obligations.
